It's already December! This crazy, hectic year has really gone by in a flash! Here it's already December second and I haven't begun to think of what to do for this months blog!!! I can say that I have lost a total of 29.4 pounds since the end of March! Eating healthy and teaching about meditation has really helped me a lot!
